Chuck served as a municipal judge, prosecuting attorney and City Attorney for St. Albans, WV, and has lectured on Family Law Topics at CLE seminars. A former Clerk for the West Virginia Supreme Court, he has also served as a hearing examiner for the State Human Rights Commission; and has enjoyed a long and extensive practice in family law, bankruptcy, consumer finance, real estate, and oil and gas law.
